Muscle Nation Protein Daily Shake Powder Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour 300g

Is this one worth buying?

Muscle Nation Protein Daily Shake Powder Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour 300g is currently listed at $17.50 at Woolworths, against a usual price of $35.00. That is a large enough single saving to be worth a deliberate trip if you already use this product.

Hard cheese and butter freeze well and are the two things worth buying extra of — butter in particular keeps for months in the freezer with no change in how it behaves. Yoghurt, cream and fresh dips do not freeze usefully. If you are buying discounted dairy, plan the meals that use it before you put it in the trolley, or it becomes an expensive way to fill the bin.

Half price specials at both Coles and Woolworths normally run for one week, from Wednesday to the following Tuesday, and the same lines tend to come back on promotion every couple of months. If you miss this one it will very likely return — but the price shown here is the current one, and prices can change without notice.
